LOS ANGELES – New educational partnership announced between the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues and Mitchell, Stankovic to provide member credit unions an exciting, multi-media educational service for professional development of all employees – Credit Union All Star Training!
Mark Klinkert, VP of Education and Training for the leagues stated, “The Credit Union All Star Training is live right now on the League Website [Link: http://www.ccul.org/education/all_star/ ] and is being formally introduced during the Leagues’ Annual Meeting and Convention.” This comprehensive educational program covers topics from credit union history to sales and service. Credit unions can now teach all staff in a relevant, efficient manner as the result of a collaboration between the CCUL/NCUL and Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates, a global educational and strategic consulting firm.
The CCUL and NCUL engaged their members and learned that they wanted to improve and modernize the training process. This enhancement to the relationship between the Leagues and their member credit unions differentiates League offerings from the marketplace.
Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates (MSA) has an intimate understanding of credit unions’ strategic goals, best practices and operational needs thanks to years of working inside CUs and being on the forefront of multi-media, online education. The firm has expertise in education, authoring, and knowledge management, as well as in relationship selling and joint marketing.
“At MSA, we are consultants who work in credit unions and see their needs,” offered Sue Mitchell, CEO. “We have extensive backgrounds in sales and education.”
Brandi Stankovic, senior partner with MSA and creator of the All Star Training series, is a credit union expert. She has starred in a number of training Webinars offered by the two Leagues. In creating the All Star Training content, Stankovic said she took the large number of in-person training sessions she has produced over the years, refreshed and rewrote the content, and then made it fit with interactive nature of Web/multimedia.
The training is offered through eTrain Anytime, a League entity.
