How we help clients
We believe credit unions have a relevant social purpose and are committed to helping our clients do the right thing as good business.
From guiding leadership transitions and modernizing board governance to helping clients find their North Star to make meaningful strategic decisions, our clients have become champions of change worldwide.
At our roots, we’re innovators and educators and provide a framework for industry leaders to make a real difference. MSA consultants have founded industry initiatives like the UNDERGROUND Movement, Global Women’s Leadership Network, CU Pride, and HRD Network. In addition, they volunteer on governing bodies of the Worldwide Foundation and Credit Union DEI Collective.
