And while so many spend time and effort finding better ways to serve members, they overlook their most significant strategic advantage—the volunteer board of directors. We help our clients create policies and practices that reflect a more modernized approach to board governance.

Leadership Transitioning

We help clients develop an internal program to develop talent and onboard new leaders in their roles at the credit union. Our focus is holistic, meaning we start with an executive profile, review compensation, and market requirements, facilitate the selection process, and then provide support and executive coaching to the new leader.

CEO Compensation

The CEO is the ultimate driver of strategy and success at any credit union, so it’s critical to have the right person at the right credit union at the right time. We work with credit union boards to define their philosophical approach to compensation, look at market considerations, and work together to attract and retain a CEO within the organizational culture.
